This year's honorees
were again suggested by 75 members of the Artists'
Committee, with the Kennedy Center board making
the final decision.
The show has
been taped on December 3, 2000 for CBS.
Angela Lansbury
has been the sole woman honoree, but she represents
theatre, film and TV!
